The Sports Medicine & Training Program provides comprehensive, individualized rehabilitation and strength and conditioning programs for athletes of all levels, from the weekend warrior to the competitive athlete, youth to masters. The goal of the Sports Medicine and Training Programs is to maximize performance by helping athletes meet the
specific demands and movement patterns of their sport. |

- Ankle sprains (acute and chronic)
- Iliotibial Band (IT) Syndrome
- Jumper’s Knee (patellar tendonitis)
- Knee injuries, including meniscus tears and anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears (pre-operative, post-operative, and non-operative)
- Overuse and overtraining injuries
- Shoulder injuries, including rotator cuff injuries
- Tennis Elbow and Golfer’s Elbow
- Weakness due to old injuries or surgeries
- Youth sports injury treatment and prevention
