With an understanding of the aging process and the problems and disorders of the Senior community, the Geriatric Rehabilitation program provides individualized treatments aimed at promoting wellness and maintaining independence and quality of life. |

- Gait Disturbance / Difficulty walking
- Generalized weakness and deconditioning often caused by a long illness requiring confinement to bed or the home, resulting in weakness, decreased endurance, and decreased ability to perform normal daily activities
- Osteoporosis
- Arthritis and degenerative joint disease
- Chronic pain and fibromyalgia
- Parkinson’s Syndrome
- Spine disorders such as spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, spondylosis
